Your Experience begins when you use our online scheduling system to "Request an Experience."  When you are directed to the online scheduling system, select "BOOK NOW" this will bring you to the Service Menu.  Before proceeding please ensure you select "NEW CLIENTS" from the drop down under CHOOSE ONE OF MY SPECIALTIES.

You will receive an appointment confirmation where you can make any changes to your appointment, as needed.

 

If I have any questions regarding the services you requested, I will reach out to make sure we have enough time scheduled for your upcoming appointment.

On The Day of Your Appointment

You'll arrive at NC Hair Studio no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. You will park in the parking lot in the front of the building or the parking lot on the left of the building in front of the blueish-green storage building.  Once inside, you will be warmly welcomed as I show you where you may place your belongings. 

 

After you've settled in, I will walk you through a detailed consultation where we will work together to discuss all of your hair care concerns and your lifestyle, on our way to achieving your desired look.  Feel free to bring in pictures to give me an idea of what you're thinking about.  Check out my Instagram page for inspiration too!

Once you're under the dryer, you will have access to my WiFi pass code and a light snack.  I will also offer you a warm or cold beverage from my personal favorites, to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your "quiet time."  Don't you just love the opportunity to get some peace and quiet!?

Next, we will create the perfect pixie cut or style to accentuate your facial shape, lifestyle and hair goals.  I'll share styling tips, tricks and a quick tutorial for upkeep if needed.

We will conclude your experience with my recommendations for products that will help you maintain your look at home and schedule your next experience to ensure that your hair remains Healthy and Beautiful!
